the staff provided excellent assistance with dinner reservations and also stored our luggage safely after checkout. the reception had a cute demeanor and created a relaxed atmosphere in the lobby. i appreciated the hotel's attention to detail .
there was no notification of this work prior to my arrival and it proved loud throughout my stay.

The location proved great. It sat close to many attractions and the metro. I found several nice restaurants very nearby. My room had a good size. It met my needs well. The breakfast included enough options for my mornings.
Waiting took some patience. I sometimes opted for the stairs to avoid delays.

The air conditioning seemed more like a suggestion than a function, barely pushing out any cool air at all. It was like trying to cool the room with a gentle, lukewarm breeze. they are really stuck in the past with keys. Instead of using cards they still was good. So inconvenient and a little weird, isn't it?
